My journey from classroom teacher to Principal of a successful school showcases my dedication and commitment to education. My diverse roles, including leadership positions and Design, PSHCE, and Sixth Form, have provided me with a broad perspective on different aspects of school management and student development.

Completing the NPQEL (National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership) further demonstrates my commitment to personal and professional growth. My decision not to pursue a CEO position and instead focus on working with students, staff, and school leaders reflects my genuine passion for fostering positive change within the education system.
